Castleberry Band Mission Statement

To create an environment, using performance as a base, which will foster, challenge, and motivate its members to develop a passion for music and an understanding that it is a vital part of the human experience.  However, we recognize that the musical result of this performance is just a small part of the equation, so the larger goal is to use band as a tool to develop a well-rounded young person who understands the need for self-discipline, hard work, and dedication, stressing that persistence is perhaps the greatest of character traits.
