HELP! Band Boosters is in need of volunteers to staff the various events throughout the year. Please click on the link below to complete a Volunteer Application and submit (with requested ID) to your child's school office for processing. Volunteers are needed for events such as:
- Concession Stand Staff during Friday Night Home Games
- Bus Chaperone to away games and various trips such as UIL contest.
- Assist Pit Crew during all football games and marching contest.
- Fundraising Events
The Concession Stand
is the Booster Club's largest fundraiser each year.
Volunteers are needed to staff the varsity home games. Set-up begins at 4:30pm each Friday home game and the stand closes at game end. Then the clean-up begins.
If you are available to volunteer any time/shift during home games, please email your contact information, availability, child's name and grade to firstname.lastname@example.org

HELP KEEP THE BAND HYDRATED!
The band needs bottled water, cases and cases and cases of bottled water! Last year the band went through well over 3,500 bottles of water in marching season alone! That's more than TWO pallets of water, and unfortunately we had to buy this because donations were not sufficient to meet the needs. If you can help, please bring as many cases of water as possible to the band room on Friday's. Even better, maybe a few parents can go in together and purchase an entire pallet of water from SAMS or COSTO--your band directors will even get the school truck and go pick it up for you. STUDENTS - write your first & last name in BOLD MARKER somehwere on case of water so you you will be entered into drawing for prizes!!
